Email support@traxxtool.app about anything: TraxxTool, ShowVizz, the iPad app, plugins, your account, or a purchase. There is no ticket system and no bot. Write in whatever detail suits you.

What helps us answer faster

• Which app, and its version. In TraxxTool that is Help, then About.
• What you did, what happened, and what you expected instead.
• Your operating system, and the hardware involved if it is a lighting, MIDI or audio question.

If TraxxTool is misbehaving, Help, then Report a Problem sends us a description along with the logs, so there is nothing to attach by hand. Help, then Export Diagnostics Bundle saves the same information as a zip if you would rather look at it first or attach it to your own email.

Refunds and billing

Email us before anything else. Purchase questions, refunds and licence problems are all handled from the same address, and your account page shows what is on your licence right now.

ShowVizz on iPad

Shows are built in TraxxTool on a computer and copied to the iPad through the Files app. The iPad app plays shows and does not edit them. A demo show is installed with it, so you can see how a night runs before you build one.

Lighting goes out over Art-Net, which needs a wired network adapter and an Art-Net node or fixture. The iPad asks permission the first time it sends anything to your network. If you decline it, the lights stay dark and nothing says why, so turn it back on in Settings, ShowVizz, Local Network.
